Campfire Dating Inc. (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”) operates certain online services and proprietary software applications, including our https://firepitapp.com website (the “Website”) and the firepit mobile application available on iOS and Android (collectively, the “firepit Platform”).
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use the firepit Platform and the choices you have associated with that data (“Privacy Policy”). This Privacy Policy is a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you" or "your") and the Company. By accessing or using the firepit Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. Use of the firepit Platform is also subject to our Terms of Use, which include additional rules regarding user conduct, subscriptions, community participation, and account management. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies we do not own or control and applies solely to the firepit Platform and related services.
We use your data to provide, operate, and improve the firepit Platform. By using the firepit Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, which may be updated from time to time. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Use.
Definitions
firepit Platform: The firepit Platform means our online services and Company software applications, including the Company’s Website at https://firepitapp.com and the firepit mobile application on iOS and Android, as well as any account management, profile creation, group features, matching features, messaging, group chat features, subscription, payment, and related features offered therein.
Personal Data: Personal Data means data about a living individual who can be identified from that data, or from other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession.
Usage Data: Usage Data is data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the firepit Platform or from the Platform’s infrastructure itself, for example the duration of a page visit, app session, feature interaction, or chat session.
Cookies: Cookies are small pieces of data stored on your device, whether a computer or mobile device.
Data Controller: Data Controller means the natural or legal person who determines the purposes for which and the manner in which any personal information is, or is to be, processed. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, the Company is a Data Controller of your Personal Data.
Service Providers: Service Providers means third parties that process data on behalf of the Company. We may use Service Providers such as Firebase, Twilio, Google Maps, Google Analytics, Meta Business SDK, Meta Pixel, OneSignal, and RevenueCat, and other vendors we use for hosting, analytics, advertising measurement, messaging, customer support, and security, to process your data more effectively.
Data Subject (or User): Data Subject is any living individual who is using our firepit Platform and is the subject of Personal Data.
Information Collection and Use
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve the firepit Platform for you. Information collected includes data voluntarily submitted by users when creating a profile, registering an account, subscribing to a plan, joining or creating groups or “Tents,” participating in matching and discovery, and engaging in group chats, or submitting inquiries, as well as technical data collected automatically. Our information collection includes using cookies and similar tracking technologies or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the United States or other locations where our Service Providers operate. If you reside outside the United States, your information will be transferred, processed and stored in accordance with United States privacy standards and applicable international data protection laws where required. Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers. We also use advertising and analytics tools, including Meta technologies, to measure campaign performance and improve user acquisition, subject to your device settings and applicable law.
Information You Choose to Give Us
When you use the firepit Platform, we collect the information you choose to share with us, including certain personally identifiable information that can be used to set up your account and profile and contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
• Name and profile name
• Email address (optional) and phone number (required for account creation)
• Account registration information (such as username and password)
• Age, date of birth, gender, pronouns, sexual preference, and dating preferences
• Profile bio, prompt responses, profile photo or photos, and any additional images or media you upload
• Subscription plan and purchase status. Purchases may be processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and our subscription management provider, RevenueCat. The Company does not store full payment card details
• Likes, skips, matches between “Tents,” and group chat messages within “firepits”
• Language preferences and app settings
• Advertising attribution and measurement data associated with Meta platforms when you arrive through or interact with our advertising, subject to your device settings and applicable law
• Location information if enabled, to support features such as matching based on proximity between Tents, safety features, and fraud prevention
• Crash reports, device type, and app diagnostics for platform optimization
• Cookies and usage data
• IP addresses of individuals when using the firepit Platform
• Optional profile attributes you choose to provide, such as height, ethnicity, school, education, hometown, work, job title, religious beliefs, alcohol usage, cigarette usage, marijuana usage, drug usage, family plans, and hobbies or interests
The firepit Platform does not provide services to anyone under the age of 18. By using the firepit Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
We may collect limited account integrity and security information to help prevent spam, bots, and fraudulent activity, including device identifiers, login signals, and related usage patterns, and we may use Service Providers to support these functions.
We do not collect government issued identification, tax information as a standard practice. Educational history may be collected if you choose to include it as an optional profile attribute (for example, school or education details). Any images or profile content you upload are stored securely and processed only to provide the firepit Platform.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone who does not meet our age requirements, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe a minor has registered on the firepit Platform, please contact us immediately at contact@firepitapp.com.
The Company does not control any third-party venues or meeting locations suggested by users and is not responsible for the safety, permissions, or suitability of any in person meeting spaces. Users assume all risk when deciding to meet off the firepit Platform and are encouraged to exercise caution and follow safety guidance provided in the app and in our Terms of Use.
Subscription Plan and Purchase Status
Purchases may be processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and our subscription management provider, RevenueCat. The Company does not store full payment card details. Subscription benefits may apply to all Tents created by the subscriber, and subscription features may permit the creation of additional Tents beyond the default limit. If a subscription is cancelled or expires, any Tents created in excess of the default limit may be deleted.
User-Generated Content
The firepit Platform allows users to create individual profiles, upload photos, provide prompt responses, and join or create groups called “Tents,” which combine the individual profiles of Tent members into a shared Tent profile. The firepit Platform also allows users to send likes or skips to other Tents and, when a match occurs, communicate through group chats called “firepits.” Some of this content may include Personal Data, and you should only share information you are comfortable making available to other members.
Content you submit, such as your profile information, prompt responses, uploaded images, dating preferences, and other optional profile attributes, may be visible to other users based on how the firepit Platform is designed to operate and based on your settings within the app. We may also collect and store communications you send through the firepit Platform, including group chat messages in firepits, match activity between Tents, and support requests, in order to provide core features, protect users, and maintain platform integrity.
By submitting user-generated content, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the firepit Platform and providing its features. The Company will not publish your private messages or other non-public communications outside of the firepit Platform without your explicit consent, except where required to enforce our Terms of Use, comply with law, or protect users and the platform. If you have concerns about specific content or wish to request deletion of submitted material, please contact us at contact@firepitapp.com.
Community Forums and Public Content
The firepit Platform is designed around group dating features and communications, including Tent profiles and firepits. If the firepit Platform later includes additional community or public facing features, any content you choose to post in those areas may be visible to other users. You should carefully review your settings before sharing any personal information that you do not want other users to see. The Company reserves the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content that violates our Terms of Use or safety policies, including content that is abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate.
Communication and Marketing
We may use your Personal Data to contact you with service updates, security notices, account messages, and, if you choose to receive them, marketing or promotional communications that may be of interest to you. This may include feature announcements, waitlist and launch communications, subscription offers, and product updates related to the firepit Platform. You may opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send. We may use Service Providers to help deliver communications, and we do not sell your contact information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
The Company may use automated technologies such as SMS alerts, in-app notifications, push notifications, and email reminders to support your use of the firepit Platform. These communications may include account verification, security codes, match notifications between Tents, group chat notifications, subscription related messages, safety notices, and customer support responses. Push notifications may be delivered through Service Providers such as OneSignal. Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before sending certain categories of messages. You may opt out of non-essential SMS messages by replying “STOP” and you may disable push notifications through your device settings. For support, you may contact us at contact@firepitapp.com.
Usage Data
We may collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Website or access the firepit Platform through a mobile device. This may include details such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the date and time of your visit, the time spent on each page, and other diagnostic data. When accessing the firepit mobile application, additional information may include the type of device, its unique device ID, the IP address, the mobile operating system, the type of mobile browser used, crash reports, app performance data, and other identifiers and diagnostics needed to improve platform stability, security, and fraud prevention.
Location Data
We may use and store information about your location if you give us permission to do so (“Location Data”). Location information may be collected automatically or through user input to assist with matching and discovery between Tents based on proximity and showing location relevant results within the firepit Platform. We use this data to provide the firepit Platform’s features and improve and customize the firepit Platform. Location data may also be used to enhance safety features, detect fraudulent activity, and support customer service inquiries related to your account or interactions. You can enable or disable location services when you use the firepit Platform at any time through your device settings.
Geolocation-Based Restrictions and Content Delivery
When applicable, the Company may restrict certain features or content based on your location to comply with legal requirements or operational and safety constraints. These restrictions may be enforced based on IP address, device settings, or user provided information. By using the firepit Platform, you acknowledge that some features may be unavailable in certain regions or jurisdictions.
Camera & Photos
We may request access to your device’s camera or photo permissions to support features such as uploading a profile photo, adding images to your individual profile, and displaying images within Tent profiles. Any image data you provide is used solely for its intended purpose and is processed through secure systems. We do not access your photo library beyond the media you choose to upload. All camera and photo permissions are optional and can be managed through your device settings.
Push Notifications
We may request permission to send push notifications regarding your account and app activity, including match notifications, group chat notifications, and security related alerts. If you wish to opt out, you may disable push notifications through your device settings.
Information Third Parties Provide About You
We may receive limited information from third-party service providers such as the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, RevenueCat, OneSignal, Firebase, Twilio, Google Analytics, Google Maps, and Meta advertising technologies, and other vendors we use to operate the firepit Platform. These parties may share technical or demographic data to help us process subscription purchases, manage your account, deliver notifications, support communications, provide location related features, measure advertising performance, detect fraudulent activity, or improve the firepit Platform. We may receive advertising attribution and measurement data from Meta platforms in connection with our advertising and analytics programs.
Tracking & Cookies Data
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Website and, where applicable, within the firepit Platform, and to store certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser or mobile device from a website or application and stored on your device. Tracking technologies also used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze the firepit Platform. This includes understanding how users browse, create profiles, join or create Tents, send likes or skips, match with other Tents, and use firepits. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of the Website. You may manage your cookie preferences or withdraw consent at any time by adjusting your browser settings or using tools provided on our Website, including any cookie management banner or link labeled “Cookie Preferences” where applicable. We may also use advertising technologies such as the Meta Pixel on our Website and the Meta Business SDK in our app to measure and improve advertising performance, subject to your device settings and applicable law.

Analytics Cookies. We use Analytics Cookies to measure platform performance, understand user engagement across profiles, matches, video calls, and community forums, and improve overall user experience.
Use of Data
Please note that we never sell your information to any third party. We collect and use your Personal Data to support the core functionality of the firepit Platform and to enhance your experience. When you register for a firepit account, we use the information you provide to create your profile, manage account preferences, facilitate matches between Tents, enable firepit Chat group messaging features, process subscription payments, and deliver personalized recommendations. The information we collect as you use the firepit Platform also supports features like location based matching, fraud prevention, safety controls, and responsive support.
The Company may also use your data for various purposes, including, but not limited to:
• To provide and maintain our firepit Platform
• To enable personalized matching based on your preferences, activity, and profile details, including matching between Tents
• To facilitate subscriptions, process payments, and manage your account, including through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat
• To notify you about changes to our firepit Platform
• To allow you to participate in interactive features of the firepit Platform, including Tent creation, Tent discovery, firepits, and other in app communications
• To provide customer support
• To monitor and improve the performance of the firepit Platform
• To perform analytics and gather insights into user activity, preferences, and behavior
• To conduct marketing and promotions tailored to your preferences and subscription history, including measuring advertising performance through Meta advertising technologies
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraudulent activity
• To comply with legal or regulatory requirements
• To support internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, and service improvements
• To better understand member needs and preferences, which informs product development and future platform enhancements
• To improve safety features, content moderation, user verification processes, and community guidelines enforcement
• To provide you with updates, personalized match notifications, safety alerts, and subscription related information unless you opt out
In some cases, we may also use your data for other purposes disclosed at the time of collection or with your explicit consent.
User Responsibility and Safety Disclaimer
The firepit Platform is designed to help users connect for group dates through Tents and firepits, but the Company does not conduct criminal background checks, verify the identity of users, or screen users for compatibility. You are responsible for exercising caution and good judgment when interacting with other users, including when communicating through the firepit Platform and when choosing to meet in person.
The Company makes no representations regarding the character, intentions, or background of any user and does not guarantee the accuracy of any profile information, photos, prompt responses, Tent information, or other user generated content. If you choose to meet another user or Tent in person, you assume all associated risks. You are encouraged to meet in public places, inform a friend or family member of your plans, and follow any safety guidance provided within the app.
By using the firepit Platform, you acknowledge and agree that the Company is not responsible for verifying any user’s background, criminal history, or identity, and that the Company is not liable for incidents that occur as a result of interactions between users, whether those interactions occur on the firepit Platform or offline.
Automated Safety Monitoring and Moderation
The Company may use automated tools to help identify and address safety risks on the firepit Platform. These tools may analyze user generated content and activity patterns, including profile content, images, prompt responses, and messages within firepits, to detect spam, bots, scams, harassment, or other potentially harmful behavior. Content or activity that is flagged may be reviewed by the Company or its service providers for further evaluation, enforcement of our Terms of Use, and user safety purposes. Any data reviewed for moderation purposes is stored securely and retained only as long as reasonably necessary to enforce platform rules, investigate complaints, prevent abuse, and protect users.
Retention of Data
The Company will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, including operating the firepit Platform, maintaining your account, providing features such as Tents and firepits, enforcing our Terms of Use, preventing fraud, and complying with legal obligations. Personal Data is generally retained while your account is active and may be retained for a period after account deactivation or deletion as necessary for legitimate business purposes, safety and security, dispute resolution, and compliance.
If you submit a verified request to delete your account, the Company will delete your Personal Data from active systems within a commercially reasonable timeframe, except for information we must retain to comply with legal requirements, protect the safety and integrity of the firepit Platform, prevent fraud, enforce our agreements, or maintain records related to purchases and subscription administration.
Data related to subscription status and purchase validation, including records processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat, may be retained as necessary to administer subscriptions, handle chargebacks and disputes, and comply with accounting and legal requirements. Usage and diagnostic data may be retained for internal analytics and security purposes and is generally retained for a shorter period unless longer retention is needed for safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Transfer of Data
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to and maintained on servers or systems located outside of your state, province, or country, including in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, you understand and agree that we may transfer, store, and process your information in the United States and other jurisdictions where the Company or its Service Providers operate. The Company will use commercially reasonable measures to help ensure your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Transfers may include sharing information with Service Providers that support core platform functions such as subscription administration, push notifications, analytics, communications, hosting, advertising measurement, and security, each of which is subject to confidentiality and data security obligations. Where required by law, we will implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Business Transaction
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your Personal Data may be transferred as part of that transaction. Such transfers may include user accounts, Tent related data, subscription status, usage data, and communications history, subject to applicable law. We will use commercially reasonable means to provide notice if your Personal Data becomes subject to a different privacy policy, including by posting an update on the Website or within the firepit Platform, and when appropriate by contacting you at the email address associated with your account.
Disclosure for Law Enforcement
Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, including a court order, subpoena, or other lawful request. This may include account identifiers, device or log information, subscription verification records, location related data where applicable, and communications or activity records, including data associated with Tents or firepits, if relevant to a lawful investigation or legal process.
Legal Requirements
The Company may disclose your Personal Data in good faith when such disclosure is reasonably believed to be necessary for any of the following purposes:
• To comply with a legal obligation, lawful request, or regulatory requirement
• To protect and defend the rights, property, or safety of the Company, its personnel, or its users
• To investigate, prevent, or address potential misconduct in connection with the firepit Platform
• To respond to reported incidents involving users, Tents, profiles, messages, firepits, or other activity on the firepit Platform
• To safeguard the personal safety of users or the general public
• To establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or reduce potential liability
Security of Data
The security of your data is important to us, but no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. The Company uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your Personal Data. These measures may include encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate, secure server hosting, access controls, monitoring, and periodic security reviews. Subscription purchases and payment processing are handled through third party providers, including the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat, that maintain their own industry standard security protocols. Despite these measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Automated Fraud and Bot Detection
The Company uses automated systems and monitoring to detect suspicious activity, spam accounts, bots, and fraudulent behavior on the firepit Platform. These systems may review signals such as device identifiers, login patterns, subscription validation metadata, IP addresses, and account interactions, including activity involving Tents and firepits, to prevent abuse and protect platform integrity. When suspicious activity is detected, the Company may temporarily restrict account access, require additional verification, limit certain features, or escalate the matter for manual review. Data flagged during fraud detection is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to investigate, resolve, and document potential security concerns, and to enforce our Terms of Use.
California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)
The Company does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals. Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting your web browser’s preferences or settings page.
California residents may have additional rights regarding their Personal Data. In addition to the rights described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, California residents who provide Personal Data (as defined by applicable law) to obtain products or services for personal, family, or household use may be entitled to request and obtain from us, once per calendar year, information about the categories of Personal Data we shared, if any, with other businesses for their direct marketing uses, and the names and addresses of those businesses, for the immediately prior calendar year. Service Providers
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our website at https://firepitapp.com and the firepit mobile application (collectively, the “firepit Platform”) (each, a “Service Provider”), to provide the firepit Platform on our behalf, to perform firepit Platform related services, or to assist us in analyzing how the firepit Platform is used. This may include subscription and payment administration providers, authentication and account management providers, push notification services, analytics providers, advertising and marketing measurement providers, cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, and communications providers. These Service Providers may have access to Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Analytics, Authentication, and Performance Monitoring
We use third party Service Providers to support authentication, monitor and analyze the use of the firepit Platform, and improve performance and stability, including but not limited to:
Firebase
Firebase, by Google, may be used to support account creation and authentication, including phone number based sign up, and to support analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring. Google Analytics may be used to analyze website and app performance, feature usage, and engagement trends. Google Analytics may collect identifiers and usage information, including IP address, device information, and event data, subject to your device and platform settings and applicable law. • OneSignal
We may use OneSignal to deliver push notifications and in app messaging related to your account, matches, Tent activity, safety notices, and other service related communications. Advertising and Marketing Measurement
We may use third party advertising and marketing measurement tools to understand how users discover the firepit Platform, measure campaign performance, and improve our marketing. These tools may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, or similar technologies to collect and process information such as device identifiers, IP address, advertising identifiers, and event data, subject to your device and platform settings and applicable law.

We may use Meta Business SDK and Meta Pixel to measure and analyze advertising performance, including attribution and conversion analytics. Meta may collect or receive information about your interactions with the firepit Platform, including event data and identifiers, in accordance with Meta’s terms and privacy policies. Third-Party Mapping and Geolocation Services
The firepit Platform may use Google Maps APIs to support location related features, including displaying approximate location information, supporting group matching by proximity, and improving search and discovery experiences. These APIs are subject to Google’s Terms of Service, available at https://developers.google.com/maps/terms.
Video and Communication Services
We use Twilio’s secure APIs to enable real time communications features on the firepit Platform. Twilio may process limited Personal Data, such as connection identifiers and device and network information, to support these features. For more information, visit: https://www.twilio.com/legal/privacy.
Payments and Subscriptions
We may provide paid subscription services within the firepit Platform. In such cases, purchases are processed through third party services such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and our subscription administration provider, RevenueCat. The Company does not collect or store full payment card details. Payment and subscription providers may process purchase related information, such as transaction identifiers, subscription status, and limited metadata (including device identifiers or IP address) for fraud prevention, chargeback handling, and audit purposes, subject to their own privacy policies. Subscription benefits may apply to all Tents created by the subscriber, meaning that other members of those Tents may receive subscription related benefits. Subscription features may also permit the creation of additional Tents beyond the default limit. If a subscription is cancelled or expires, any Tents created in excess of the default limit may be deleted.
Links to Other Sites
The firepit Platform may contain links to third party sites or services that we do not operate. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. Certain links may redirect you to providers integrated into the firepit Platform, including authentication, communications, analytics, advertising measurement, mapping, push notifications, or subscription administration providers. These services may collect and process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and may use cookies or similar technologies independently of the Company’s control.
Children’s Privacy
The firepit Platform is not directed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that a minor has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us at contact@firepitapp.com. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from someone under 18, we will take steps to delete that information and deactivate the account as appropriate.
Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you reside, you may have rights regarding your Personal Data, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, or portability, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing. Where applicable, you may also have the right to opt out of the sale of Personal Data or the sharing of Personal Data for targeted advertising, to limit the use or disclosure of sensitive Personal Data, and to opt out of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
How to Submit a Request:
Email contact@firepitapp.com with the subject line “Privacy Request,” include the email address and phone number associated with your account, and describe your request. United States State Privacy Rights
If you are a resident of certain United States states, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your Personal Data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale or sharing of Personal Data, or certain profiling where applicable. Campfire Dating Inc. does not sell your Personal Data for money. We may disclose limited identifiers and usage information to analytics and advertising measurement partners, and some of those disclosures may be treated as a “sale” or “share” under certain privacy laws. You can manage certain privacy settings within the firepit Platform and through your device settings. You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in our emails, and you can manage push notifications through your device settings. You may request access, correction, deletion, or other actions relating to your Personal Data by emailing contact@firepitapp.com with the subject line “Privacy Request,” and you may opt out of certain targeted advertising disclosures where applicable by emailing contact@firepitapp.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share.”
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting an updated version on firepitapp.com and, when appropriate, by providing notice within the firepit Platform or by email. The “Effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when it was last revised. Changes become effective when posted, unless we state otherwise, and we may request your consent for material changes where required by law.
Canceling Your Membership and Deactivating Your Account
You may cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You may deactivate or delete your firepit account by emailing contact@firepitapp.com and including the email address and phone number associated with your account and a brief request. We may require reasonable identity verification before processing your request.
